Lot 49 Contemporary Art Auction + Benefit

The Luminary is excited to present the first annual Lot 49 contemporary art auction & benefit on Friday, March 11th from 6 to 11pm! All proceeds go to the artists and to support The Luminary’s forward-thinking initiatives including exhibitions, residency and studio programs, and new residency housing. 

Join us for the most exciting contemporary art party of the season featuring:

+ One-of-a-kind works by over 40 artists nominated by their peers 
+ Selection of affordable editions, multiples, and publications priced from $10 to $100 
+ DJ sets with Black Spade and 18&Counting 
+ Artist-designed cocktails 
+ much more

A VIP Cocktail Reception + Auction Preview will kick off the event from 6 to 8pm featuring complimentary cocktails, food from Kitchen Kulture and Salt+Smoke, free secured parking and a first chance to meet the artists and purchase items in the auction. Remarks by The Luminary directors at 7 pm. 

Tickets are $50 for the VIP Cocktail Reception + Auction Preview from 6 to 8pm, followed by the public event from 8 to 11pm with a $10 suggested donation. 

Auction closes at 9:30pm

Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm Friday, 10:00 am–9:00 pm Closed Monday Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. The Museum is open New Year's Day.

ADMISSION

Admission to the Museum is free every day. Admission to featured exhibitions is free on Friday.
