Thanks for the quick reply and suggestions. I guess I should meet as many artsy people as possible and show my work wherever they will have me, and thanks for your suggestions and invitations... as I said, however, I live 60 miles from Webster Groves and I'm on a tight (pension) budget, so I can't get to StL often and am trying hard to sell online instead... I guess I should build a personal website if I'd ever get the time and instructions; meanwhile I'll just keep searching for my place... Thanks again, Tom
Greetings, Sujata-- thanks for 'friending' me on myslart! I have really enjoyed seeing your art and talking with you at the MySLArt shows (sorry I do not hear so well when there is background music and crowd noise). I am sorry that I am so obsessed with SELLING some of my art, but without income I cannot buy more art supplies, so...
Again, if you know a prospective buyer of a painting (or two!) of mine, please accept 20% of the sale price as your 'finders fee', and please let any friends of yours know of this offer as well... I greatly admire your desicion NOT to peddle your own works, however: I know they are spiritually dear to you!
