An institution integral to the Grand Center arts district in St. Louis, Pulitzer Arts Foundation is a space for experimentation where ideas, programs, and discussions about art, architecture, and culture are cultivated. Through changing exhibitions and innovative programming, the Pulitzer invites visitors to experience art in a way that challenges conventional notions of display while investigating art’s importance in our day-to-day lives. Central to the Pulitzer’s mission to deepen the appreciation and enjoyment of the visual, performing, and literary arts is the building itself. Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Tadao Ando, it is both a laboratory for community engagement and a meditative space to experience the arts.
Pulitzer Arts Foundation is free and open to the public. Visit us at pulitzerarts.org for hours and events.
