Ok, I propose forming a blog/coop of sorts.......a community blog for all of us to go and post our recent work, or even thoughts on certain matters. Anyone who is interested in being a part of this collective, let me know! I plan on having some collaborations and maybe some themed calls for art that I think would be excellent for group exhibitions and shows.

I think St. Louis needs something like this....a group of photographers that can really kick a** and help each other and our art grow by leaps and bounds ;)

P.S. If this grows to the point I think it will.......I plan on forming an organization, one where we can conduct workshops, etc. I have sponsors already lined up...yeah, lol!

P.P.S. If interested, email me at hansonmissysue@yahoo.com or call at 636.675.2090. MySlart mail seems to go directly to my spam folder??!! lol

Isn't what you just described basically the already existing Photographer's section of the St. Louis Artist's Guild? Check it out at

or this smaller url to the same place: http://bit.ly/pNm4C
I would love to be part of something like this! Please let me know if it is a go!
I would like to be part of collaborating with 3-4 other photographers. Maybe even rent a studio. Who's even listening?

Oh that would be so neat to share a studio!!

Sounds wornderful.  I'm in.

Gary, I'm still in the process of setting everything up but you can take a look at the beginning of our group at http://stlartisticphotographers.blogspot.com

I don't know if you guys have had a get together or not but I think we should. Forrest Park in fall is gorgeous! It would be a lot of fun to meet some fellow photogs and see what we come up with. Email me if you're interested. I dont mind organizing.
